The discrimination against the unemployed

Yesterday I was talking with a friend of mine who is trying to recruit people to join her team of sales agents. She told me that she had recruited a man to join the team, but as part of the recruiting process she had to have her upline interview the recruit. Her upline turned the guy away, telling him that he should go get a job. What the heck? He’s trying to get a job, that is why the recruiter got him interested! In this economy and market, being unemployed does not mean that there is something wrong with you, it means that you’ve had a little bit of bad luck somewhere. It does NOT make you a bad person, nor does it make you unemployable. This is just plain wrong!
