Sandra was telling me that her ten year old son has asked her if he could use his allowance money to buy a video game called Uncharted 3. She asked me if I had ever heard of the game, or played it myself. I told her that I have not played that game before, but heard that it is a Teen rated game, so I would encourage her to steer him in a different direction at this point in time. I know that there are a lot of parents that let their pre-teens play Teen rated games, but I think that it is a mistake.
Disappointing game
Well, the Super Bowl certainly was full of surprise plays! I was hoping that the Patriots would win, but that was not to be. How disappointing that the last two times the Pats went against the Giants they lost!
Normally I don’t even watch football, but when the Patriots are in the Super Bowl, I think that all New Englanders are honor-bound to watch the game. Or at least to watch it out of self-defense because if you don’t watch the game and the next day your friends and co-workers want to talk about the game and find out you didn’t watch it you are in for some big-time heckling!
