Now that we have warm Spring weather, I’m bracing myself for the round of Spring allergies. Every year in March, I get really bad allergy symptoms, from watery eyes to a runny nose to sneezing and sometimes a sore throat and cough. The allergies make it hard to know if I am just suffering from allergies or if I might have something more serious, like strep throat. I am going to stock up on my brand of antihistamines today and have them at hand for when I get my first sneeze.
What’s for Lunch?
I’m bored with burgers. I need something for lunch that is fast, inexpensive, tastes good and is healthy. I’m sick of the same old, same old. Any ideas?
